The Junior Accountant Account Receivables (AR) is primarily responsible for AR Collection Duties, Weekly AR reporting, supervising AR clerk and actively working together with the internal sales team, agents, and campus managers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Distribution of payment receipts to students and agents.
- Responsible for the AR collection, including the delivery of payment reminders to agents and students; and coordinate with Sales team to plan for all necessary actions for debt collection;
- Issuance of credit notes to agents/students in the system upon approval by management team;
- Regular reconciliations for agency accounts and student accounts;
- Prepare the supporting documents for all actual payments of commissions and refunds for management’s review;
- Prepare entries in the accounting system in respect to AR payment receipts;
- Maintain the payment instalment plans of students and agents;
- Communicate and document the correspondences with agent, BDM, students and registration team;
- Assisting in audit to collect all AR supporting documentation;
- Go to banks in person to handle bank transactions regularly;
- Scan all AR documents and perform the e-filing.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Supervisors/Controller
- Such other duties and responsibilities as are assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of related AR accounting experiences;
- Intermediate Excel skills required; proficiency in using Pivot table and other basic Excel formulae;
- Prior experience with GP dynamic is an asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, other languages are an asset;
- Careful, detail oriented and highly organized;
- Ability of multi-tasking.
