**Responsibilities**:
**SEO Strategy**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies to optimize website content.
- Implement technical SEO improvements to enhance site performance.
- Monitor and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.

**SEM Strategy**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and bids to achieve desired ROI and KPIs.
- Stay informed about changes in SEM platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
- Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates and user experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on SEO and SEM performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign metrics.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Implement strategies to outperform competitors in search results.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO and SEM Strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
