**OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION**
Napier Outdoors is searching for a creative, ambitious, and strategic-minded individual to join our growing team as a Digitial Brand Strategist. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and growing the brand identity of our company and products by implementing digital marketing initiatives. Your growth mindset will shape our digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. **Please Note: This is a fully in-person role in our St. Catharines office.**
**WHAT YOU GET TO DO**
**Digital Marketing Strategy Implementation**
- Play an active role in developing and executing digital strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales
- Plan, manage and execute all digital advertising
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Generate and analyze impactful campaigns, engaging promotions and targeted advertisement. Measure and report performance for campaigns.
**Website management and oversight**
- Maintain and update the website
- Respond and troubleshoot all website issues
- Create and update website content when required
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools
- Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic
**Brand Identity & Content Creation**
- Develop engaging and persuasive product content that converts
- Write SEO optimized copy, compelling headlines, captions and effective hashtags while developing strategies to drive sales, web traffic, and grow engagement
- Execute the voice and tone of Napier’s brand message, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging throughout the market
**Social, Affiliate & Outreach Programs**:
- Ongoing outreach to increase customer engagement and drive traffic to all digital mediums
- Create social media strategies to increase engagement, reach and impressions
- Create and maintain content & editorial calendars
- Schedule relevant and engaging social posts
- Assist in ambassador and influencer outreach campaigns from concept to execution
- Co-branded contests: develop cross promotional campaigns with associated companies
- Collaborate with partners on marketing activities to drive product awareness and growth
- Analyze weekly campaign results and create monthly, reports showing account process
**Marketplace Management**:
- Manage product listings, brand stores, brand gating programs and marketplace resellers on Amazon and Walmart.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth
- Perform in-depth competitor reviews to check activities with ad placement, keyword use, product listings and landing pages
- Execute and manage Amazon advertising strategies to achieve desired outcomes including driving product discovery and traffic to both product detail pages and branded pages, increase page ranking and generate revenue.
**Public Relations**
- Maintain and enhance Napier’s online reputation by actively monitoring and managing customer reviews across all platforms.
- Optimize Napier’s brand exposure through digital channels
**WHAT YOU NEED**
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Knowledge in managing PPC campaigns, Google AdWords and Amazon sponsored ads
- Thorough understanding on how to execute digital marketing tactics to target consumers and drive conversion. Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindsetn
