We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting sales and marketing efforts while ensuring smooth administrative operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies that align with Higher Landing’s brand essence and mission.
- Assist in creating, curating, and managing marketing content across various platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients and prospects, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases.
- Prepare sales reports, marketing analytics, and presentations for team meetings. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Perform website updates as required.
- Prepare and distribute client newsletters.
- Assist the sales team in implementing, monitoring and analyzing sales campaigns, including lead generation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creating and managing visual content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to assist on content shoots in various capacities.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
