Accessories Sales

The Accessories Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for growth of accessories sales in LG Electronics. The role requires confidence in building and maintaining relationships with vendors, achieving sales targets, coordinating marketing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Sales
- Ensure monthly, yearly sales targets are met
- Create, execute and maintain research-based plans that will increase sales
- Confidently propose and present new products to buyers
- Seek new opportunities and vendors
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with retail & part distributor, BM/PM, HQ, store, designer, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate product listings, displays, price and contracts
- Understand uniqueness of each channel and maintain account stability
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to achieve sales goals.
Marketing
- Coordinate and manage product content, including product name, description, features, compatibility, etc.
- Develop, execute & monitor on/offline marketing campaigns based on data.
- Investigate and remove counterfeit items from key accounts.
- Ensure all product and marketing contents follow LG guidelines.
- Perform in-store visits ensuring LG products are in stock and of the best quality.
Data & Reporting
- Manage and analyze in/external database, including sell-in, sell-out, competition, advertisement/promotions, marketing budgets/expenses, etc.
- Attend and coordinate meetings regularly with HQ, other subsidiaries, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Use accurate datasets to create weekly, monthly, yearly account & marketing performance reports to management.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Data Analytics.
- Experience within Home Appliance, Home Electronics, HVAC sales space is an asset.
- Excellent time management skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable managing business relationships.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in selling and negotiating contracts.
- Prior experience managing and energizing a broad range of advertising, media, promotion, and Public Relations agencies.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems independently with a high level of results operation.
- Strong computer skills using MS-Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
