Annual Salary: $51,507.00 - $64,389.00

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of a senior level of confidential administrative and secretarial services to the Vice President of Infrastructure & Planning/CFO and the Vice President, People Mission and Values, and as a member of the Administrative Support Team, contributes to the smooth operation of the Administration office as a whole. This position requires an exceptionally skilled and competent individual, who is well-organized, detail-oriented and able to deal confidently and effectively with people and issues on behalf of the Care Group. Travel between sites is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education (Business Administration preferred)
- Significant experience providing administrative support, preferably in a health care environment
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Medical terminology
- Excellent time management, prioritizing and problem-solving skills, including the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficient in minute-taking
- Self-starter and a team-player
- High level of computer literacy in a range of software including MS Office suite of programs; experience with Adobe Creative an asset
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and maintain professionalism at all times
- Travel between sites is required. Must provide own reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
