**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
- Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages
- Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis
- Monitor delivery schedule Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustment
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventoryInvestigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
- Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics

**Skills Required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as Quick book, MSoffice (Suite), SAP
- Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices
- Good analytical and logístical thinking abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or associate degree or Diploma in business, logistics, supply chain management or similar
- Minimum of one years of experience in a similar role
