*Job Summary*

We are looking for experienced Raw Material handler.

"Key Responsibilities:
Material Identification: Identify and work with a range of materials, including stainless steel grades, aluminum alloys, brass, mild steel, copper, sheet metals, tubes, and pipes. Understand their gauges, thicknesses, compositions, and mechanical properties. How to read and understand material certificates (MIL test).
- Material Documentation: Understand and review materials test reports, heat numbers, and other documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards.
- Handling and storage: Oversee proper handling and storage of materials, ensuring they are free from damage, including dimpled or scratched surfaces. Implement best practices for marking and storing materials according to industry standards.
- Training and support: Train and support team members in material handling practices and safety procedures. Serve as a resource for material-related questions and concerns."
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to facilitate timely ordering and replenishment of stock.
- Lead hand some that can supervise the a department.
- Utilize computer system and other data analysis tools to collect and interpret inventory-related data.
- Support order fulfillment processes by ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products internally and externally.
- Maintain relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance inventory management efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective materials management across the supply chain.

- *Qualifications*
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related field, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively for decision-making.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and best practices in materials management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excel a must, outlook a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our inventory system, ensuring that we meet customer demands efficiently while optimizing our resources.

**FOLKLIFT A MUST**

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
