**Inventory Control Administrator**

The
**Inventory Control Administrator** will be based out of Toronto, Ontario (1551 Weston Road, M6M 4Y4) and will be essential in implementing and monitoring procedures to ensure adequate inventory is in the warehouse. This position will assist management in the audit in all areas related to inventory movement for integrity and accuracy. This position will work closely with customer service, deployment, transportation as well as our third-party warehouse to identify and eliminate any problems found in inventory accuracy with the Canadian Distribution Manager in order to determine labor planning and costing for repacking at the DC. Identify root causes of discrepancies. As well as communicate and work with sites to improve process & accuracy. This is a permanent, full-time position.

**Job Requirements**
- Post-secondary education preferred or combination of relevant work experience in logistics and warehousing.
- 1-2 years of warehousing experience.
- Big picture orientation, look for areas to improve
- Ability to work and drive improvements in logistics.

**The main duties/responsibilities of this role include**:

- Work with Irving Customer Service, deployment, transportation and using an inventory control tool to determine if the correct quantities are in the warehouse and will be available to ship to customers on time.
- Work with third party warehouse provider to manage cycle counting program and track audit results and
- Order and keep stock on all material needed for warehouse operations (airbags, stretch film, cleaning supplies).
- Co-plan warehouse dock schedule for live loads for shipping and receiving.
- Work with Corporate planning, warehouse & Temp labor to manage the repack schedule to meet deadlines and plan labor for incoming loads that need to be reworked.
- Order CHEP pallets
- Coordinate donation, courier loads and other LTL shipping requests.
- Coordinate & Process Amazon orders shipping from the warehouse.
