Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Specialist. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient operations, and minimizing inventory discrepancies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements
- Coordinate with purchasing and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes
- Utilize inventory management software to track, analyze, and report on inventory data
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
- Communicating with all locations, printing reports, detail discrepancy research.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in inventory control or related field
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
