Territory Manager- Gta

Manage an account portfolio of small to large size customers, as well as executing a balanced focus of new customer acquisition activity. Weekly field activity through customer calls including a minimum level of new customer development. Maintain high sales activity to ensure all accounts are called on a monthly basis. Ability to understand customer needs and concerns to help them get the job done and win their business. Aggressively follow up on leads to convert to sales revenue. Communicate regularly with branch staff in order to resolve customer issues. Following KPI as set out for all sales reps and doing daily and weekly sales call reporting. CRM updated regularly with all new and changing contact information.
**Necessary Attributes**: Excellent relationship-building skills. Good communicator - spoken and written. Goal Oriented Autonomous Well-organized Basic computer and smart-phone skills. Good driving record Must be bondable.
**Qualifications**: The ability to learn and perform multiple tasks independently and as required as a team A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements Strong organizational skills Keen attention to detail Good communication skills Customer-service focused Any sales experience is an asset.
**A Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required** **Passionate about their accomplishments**
**Territory**: GTA, Milton to Brockville, to Thunderbay
**Remuneration**:
- Competitive package, including Base, Profit Sharing, Expenses, Benefits and RRSP Pension match.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
