Nous nous efforçons d'offrir le meilleur service à la clientèle possible.

Responsabilités:

- Prendre et remettre les montres de clients laisser en réparation. (Rolex, Cartier, IWC, Panerai, Breitling, Omega etc..)
- Travailler avec des marques de luxe dont château D’Ivoire détient l’exclusivité au Québec
- Appeler pour des soumissions.
- Répondre au appels relié aux service des montres
- Rentré les données dans notre sytème informatique, faire les suivit.
- Commander des pièces.

Qualifications:

- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Forte attention aux détails
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ou de l'après-vente est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire
- Type d'emploi: Temps plein, une disponibilité immédiate est préférable

Open since 1978, Château D'Ivoire is a watch and jewelry store located in the heart of downtown Montreal. We carry over 30 high-end brands, create jewelry and engagement rings and offer servicing & repair for both watches and jewelry. We are dedicated to offering the best customer service possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take in and remit customer watches left for service. (Rolex, Cartier, IWC, Panerai, Breitling, Omega etc..)
- Working with luxury brands for which Château D’Ivoire holds exclusivity in Quebec
- Call customers for estimates
- Data entries in our system, doing follow ups
- Ordering parts

Qualifications:

- Fluent in both English and French
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or after-sales is an asset, but not mandatory

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
