We are currently looking for a dynamic **User/Service Desk Support** - Level 1.5** for a role to hire for our client located in **Montreal, QC**. who provides trendy fashion clothing, accessories, home decor and accessories for women, men, teens, kids and babies.

**Hybrid position**
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position;
- Diploma or Certificate Information Technology or equivalent;
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken;
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11, MacOS 11, 12, and 13;
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft environments, including Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory;
- Experience with 2FA: Microsoft Authenticator’
- Experience with ticketing system: Zoho Service Desk and Microsoft Zendesk;
- Experience with POS Microsoft Dynamics 365 (asset)
- Experience in customer service;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
**What you will do**:
- Ensure ticket handling and resolution;
- Prepare new equipment (computers and peripherals);
- Handle store calls and resolve technological problems;
