**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the intake, handling and publishing of BBB Customer Reviews.
- Act as a neutral third party in facilitating BBB Customer Reviews in accordance with BBB policies and practices.
- Answer questions about the process and provide helpful information to businesses and consumers.
- Assist, educate and encourage business leaders to create a marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other.
- Represent the BBB and our mission by providing courteous and knowledgeable information in all interactions.
- Actively participate as a member of the team toward the completion of goals and a positive workplace environment.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Positive and enthusiastic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain patient, calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Be able to remain neutral and handle negative escalations.
- High tolerance for stress and competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
