The Office Administration Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative requirements for the BCPC Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare reports, returns, and other documents as required, including monthly and annual statements
- Data entry and document verification
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Records management both manual and digital
- Administrative duties including answering telephone and electronic enquiries, incoming mail, filing, and other duties as required
- Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, policies and general correspondence documents.
- Assist with program support when required

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Excellent knowledge and experience working with computer databases and Microsoft Office
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to respect confidentiality
- Ability to adhere to inter-office policies and procedures

**DESIRED ASSETS**:

- Experience with non-profit societies
- Knowledge of the BC Societies Act & Guidelines
