Position Overview

RSS IT Systems Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This permanent position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week and is conducted in English.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years but less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Work Environment

  • Office
  • Warehouse

Key Responsibilities
  • Compose and review correspondence, forms, and various documents.
  • Handle and redirect telephone or electronic inquiries.
  • Compile reports from both manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
  • Send and receive messages efficiently.
  • Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Organize and file materials in storage areas.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Locate and remove requested files promptly.
