**Title: Administrative Assistant & General Support**

**Purpose**:Administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain confidential records and files
- Process payments
- Processing orders
- Helping in production and operation of the business
- Prepare and reconcile invoices
- Administrative Support
- Answer phones according to norms and procedures
- General upkeep of personal area

**Qualifications & Abilities**

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective written communications skills
- Familiar and skilled with current computer systems

- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.00 per hour
