RSRS is a 25 year national leader in health and general records management. We are currently looking to fill the role of Client Sales Coordinator / Administrator.

Supporting the sales and marketing departments, you will be at the helm of coordinating much of its activity once a client is engaged. You would be working on several client accounts simultaneously ensuring that they are being properly guided and onboarded through a stepped approach where each task takes place before the next in its proper order. You have a resourceful and possess a flexible demeanor allowing you to relate to different personality types while ensuring that what needs to be done on the client end and on the company's end gets done. This position will report to the Director of Sales but will be mostly working closely with the Manager of Client Services. While this is not a sales role, it requires an understanding of the sales process.

Summary of essential job duties are as follows:

- Review of signed proposal to understand the terms of engagement
- Coordinate 3rd party resources of couriers, technical, shipping, etc.
- Reaching out to clients to ensure that everyone's interests are aligned.
- Ensure that other departments are informed of engagement particulars
- Ensures that CRM information is updated in a timely manner for current status knowledge
- Assemble and tracks necessary billing information concerning clients
- Assistance with contracts and invoicing information
- Ensures high level of customer service

Summary of essential skills:

- Superior phone skills (inbound and outbound)
- Clear writing skills
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Experience with CRM tools
- Highly organized
- Advanced computer user (Word, Excel)
- Experience with Google Doc’s an asset

This is a salaried position which includes benefits and may also include a bonus element after one year.
