Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including therapists and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and manage patient flow
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage clinic budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, in a supervisory or managerial role
- Knowledge of clinic operations
- Familiarity with electronic medical or wellness records systems
- Experience in human resources management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
