As the Executive Assistant to the CCO you will be a critical component to a well-functioning Corporate and Governance Office. Your main role will be effectively managing conflicting priorities for the Chief Corporate Officer (CCO’s) towards achieving AIMCo’s corporate objectives. You will do this by proactively managing the CCO’s workflows, calendars, tasks and travel and completing other administrative tasks such as board meeting support, event logistics and general support to the Corporate Office leadership. You will have ample opportunity to be involved in various corporate and governance related projects requiring strong project management skills, research, drafting and policy management. This role reports directly to the Chief Corporate Officer (CCO).

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively manage calendar schedules and triage calendar access for the CCO.
- Support business leaders to set up and prepare materials to facilitate strategy sessions,projects and scheduled meetings.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- airfare, accommodations, ground transportation and communication; leveraging AIMCo’s Corporate Traveladvisors and travel safety programs.
- Work with our Executive Assistant, Board Services to accomplish successful board interactions
- Complete projects on an as needed basis for the Corporate leadership team.
- Work in close partnership with the Board Services/Governance team on a variety of projects
- 5+ years of relevant office services and executive level administrative experience is required.
- A positive and proactive attitude with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Highly professional, responsive and flexible, with the ability to manage mange competing priorities.
- University degree or diploma in Humanities, Business or other relevant fields.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. is required; Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI will be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with ability to present and deliver key messages to diverse audiences while maintaining confidential or restricted business information.
- Experience in Governance or applicable fields.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity, and collaboration, and inspires the same in others.

**Success Measures**
An organized and efficiently operating CCO office with streamlined and responsive operations, helping the CCO be as effective as possible.
