***:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director - Quebec, the Territory Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that these members are well served. He/she is the main point of contact.
- Maintain good relations with members (senior management and departments)
- Maintain good relations with suppliers
- Promote products and services offered
- Increase supplier penetration by putting suppliers in touch with our members.
- Develop new relationships with potential customers.
- All this with the aim of increasing sales and thereby savings to our members.

**TASKS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Position as the primary contact for these members.
- Visit members in territory with established strategic plan.
- Meet with member management to establish and maintain exceptional business relationships.
- Respond to members' needs by referring them to the right people.
- Promote corporate image
- Establish links and development plans with key suppliers in the territory
- Establish a strategy for standardizing operations with dealer groups in the territory
- Business development (prospecting)
- Participate in the creation of commercial and promotional events
- Maintain monthly dashboard and track member and supplier progress
- Manage territory growth in collaboration with the Sales Director - Quebec.
- Constant communication with stakeholders is essential; members, suppliers, call center, purchasing, management, etc.
- Keep abreast of competitive trends

**SKILLS PROFILE**:

- University degree, sales/administration (or equivalent)
- 5 to 10 years' experience in territory management and/or growth-oriented sales
- Experience and/or knowledge of car dealerships (an asset)

- Experience and/or knowledge of the automotive industry - supplier, distributor (an asset)
- Proven presentation skills
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) and CRM
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and outstanding customer service
- Travel required - 75% of the time
- Valid driver's license required
