**Overview**: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen crew at Malak Al Tawouk, a vibrant establishment renowned for its exceptional sandwiches and burgers. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of food quality and service that our guests expect. Previous kitchen experience is advantageous, particularly in fast-paced environments, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
**Responsibilities**:
- Play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading the line in the kitchen
- Ordering and receiving of ingredients
- Prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches and burgers according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Grill, toast, or heat sandwich components to order, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating supplies to uphold inventory levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures, including portion control and waste management.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le maintien des normes élevées de qualité alimentaire et de service que nos clients attendent. **Responsabilités**:
- Jouer un rôle central dans la coordination et la gestion de la ligne en cuisine
- Commander et réceptionner les ingrédients
- Préparer les ingrédients et assembler les sandwiches et les burgers selon les recettes et les directives établies.
- Griller, toaster ou chauffer les composants des sandwiches selon la commande, en garantissant fraîcheur et qualité.
- Maintenir un poste de travail propre et organisé, en suivant les procédures de sécurité alimentaire et de sanitation.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe de cuisine pour assurer une préparation des commandes rapide et précise.
- Aider à la réception, au stockage et à la rotation des fournitures pour maintenir les niveaux d'inventaire.
- Respecter tous les protocoles et directives de sécurité pour assurer un environnement de travail sûr.
- Respecter les politiques et procédures du restaurant, y compris le contrôle des portions et la gestion des déchets.
**Exigences**:
- Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement de cuisine est préférable ; cependant, nous sommes disposés à former des individus motivés.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un cadre à rythme rapide, en gérant plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Grande attention aux détails et engagement envers la qualité et la présentation des aliments.
- Compétences de communication efficaces et esprit d'équipe.
- Flexibilité pour travailler le soir, les weekends et les jours fériés selon les besoins.
