We are looking to add a full time receptionist to the team at Waterloo Honda.
We are an exciting, fun, dynamic, and highly successful team. We provide a workplace where growth and advancement opportunities are available.
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and exceptional service to all customers.
Job duties include:
- Greeting guests who enter the store showroom
- Promptly answering and forwarding incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system to appropriate individuals or departments
- Stock incoming vehicles
- Assist and complete all automotive licensing
- Assist with Dealer Trades when needed
- Assist the Sales/Service/Marketing Managers and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
- Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned
- Maintain the appearance of the reception desk
Qualifications:
- A team player with exceptional customer service skills
- Aptitude to be resourceful and proactive when problems arise
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- **Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.**:
- Licensing/automotive experience is an asset
- ADP/CDK experience is an asset
- High School Graduate or equivalent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
