**About the team**:
The Enterprise Operations (EO) Division has a vision to deliver 3-5x more impact at half the cost to Roche by enabling teams to focus on what matters most - patients and the healthcare system. Our Division of ~37 employees is made up of six sub-teams - Meeting and Conference Planning, Solutions Excellence Associates (SEA) Network, Operation Associates, Systems and Processes, Enterprise Operations Partners, and Learning and Development - all passionate about maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the affiliate operating model.
**About the role**:
This role will primarily be responsible to support and collaborate with the SEA Network. The SEA Network applies comprehensive knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures to manage and coordinate a range of projects from internal stakeholders with a specific focus on the entire contract lifecycle, from vendor creation, through to payment and Business Support Programs (eg Roche Day 1 Onboarding, Summer Intern Program). This role will also support adhoc EO Divisional initiatives.
**Your Department Projects (what will you learn?)**
- Knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures of end-to-end management for contracting
- Contribute to updating SEA Network information and tools to reflect current and accurate information for the business
- Supporting the process of tiering Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Stakeholders for the purpose of engaging and retaining services to fulfill a bonafide business need
- Supporting the process for Event Contracting & Grant Sponsorship and Donations Contracting
- Process Documentation - Contribute to writing standard operating procedures and playbooks and ensure that they are in alignment with the policies and procedures
- Learn how to collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are executed smoothly, Legal and Compliance obligations are met, and payments are processed accurately and timely
**Day/Week in the role may include**:
- Weekly (2-3 times/ week) touchpoints with the team to collaborate on key priorities and challenges
- Working daily with team members across various projects
- Updating SEA Network information and tools
- MyBuy uploads and drafting contracts
- Personal development and learning
