This role is part of the 360 Program, an initiative by The King’s Trust Canada. The 360 Program is a two-year initiative designed to help barriered youth aged 18-30 kickstart their careers with a yearlong full-time job, with additional career guidance and support in the second year.

The Strategic Corporate Communications team is a group who serves six functions across our Mississauga site. A group of passionate individuals, our focus spans philanthropy, employee engagement, executive leadership communications, and product communications. Our mission is to ignite a passion for Roche and the things that matter to those we engage with in Canada. **About the role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content creation for internal and external audiences
- Supporting work with brand teams
- Therapeutic area content
- Disease awareness campaigns
- Content creation (social media, slide presentations, media materials)
- Supporting events - internal and external
- Supporting Communications team needs
- Meeting support
- Vendor support
- Editing and reviewing content (internal/external)
- Contributes to employee engagement, including social events across the organization
- Ensures appropriate processes and compliance frameworks are sustainably implemented in an efficient manner
- Philanthropy work: internal/external

**Day/Week in the role**:

- Weekly touchpoints with the team to collaborate on key topics and challenges
- Working with team members across various projects both internal and external
- Helping with site-related events
- Helping with written communications for internal and external channels
