**We are currently seeking to add a **Operations Administrator / Reception **to join our team**
**Job Type**:Full Time Permanent
**Position Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring that any calls for affiliated companies are handled and forwarded to the correct office.
- Entry of Accounts Payable invoices.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Understand and follow emergency procedures, including managing visitor safety during evacuations or other emergencies.
- Managing boardroom schedules
- Daily office tasks such as but not limited to, retrieving and opening mail, filing & data entry, prepare packages for pickup or courier services.
- Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Communicate with and schedule office cleaning.
- Manage and organize office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
- Assist with employee events and meetings to organize rentals, menus, and room bookings.
- Assist Operations Administrators from all divisions with data entry and filing as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for detail.
- Experience with Sage 300 is considered an asset.
- High school or GED diploma.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Position requires a high level of initiative and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license; and
