Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of our office, including ordering supplies and managing our inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
