**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team at ShyftLabs We are searching for a driven individual who enjoys building strong products, working through detailed product roadmaps, and taking initiative amongst their team.

ShyftLabs is a growing data product company that was founded in early 2020, and works primarily with Fortune 500 companies. We deliver digital solutions built to help accelerate the growth of businesses in various industries, by focusing on creating value through innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
Use data, structured thinking, and market insights to craft a coherent product vision, strategy of our brand and/or retailer products and drive alignment across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Lead product discovery interviews with target customers and prospects to internalize and deeply understand the Jobs to be done.

Work collaboratively as equal owners with Product Design and Engineering to deliver amazing user experiences to get the identified jobs done.

Own and lead an iterative product management process from product roadmap creation through release, always focused on delivering optimum customer value.

Build strong cross-functional relationships to win the trust and confidence of stakeholders that the product is in very strong and able hands.

Partner with Engineering to understand resource and technical constraints and identify solutions.

Present progress made to peers and executive level stakeholders at monthly product reviews.

Drive product usage/adoption and manage product health through KPIs, deep dive analysis, feature audits and design sprints.

Have a customer-first approach in driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for your products. You are a very strong customer advocate, but also data and metrics informed.

Drive the product discovery process to dissect the problem and explore the best possible solutions.

Create functional and simple product user experiences that hide the complexity from the user, working closely with product designers and engineering.

**Basic Qualifications**:
3+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them.

Experience in CPG, Retail and in-store analytics, retail and brands.

Demonstrated track record of leadership with ability to lead and influence teams.

Clear, concise, but thorough verbal and written communication skills to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.

Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience leading product processes from successful product discovery, user story mapping, solution prototyping, and conducting user validation sessions.

Self-drive and confidence, but humility to ask for help, to seek feedback or to own mistakes and take corrective action.

Experience with Enterprise B2B SaaS data products.

Experience working with global customers.

Experience in CPG, Retail and in-store analytics, retail and brands.
