As a Customer Support Representative, you will work with the public to understand their needs and help them find the energy reduction strategy that works best for them.

**Must be based in British Columbia to be considered.**

**For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if are**
- Experienced in customer service, helping people work through problems and find solutions
- Experience working on a call-centre line or customer facing position
- Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously speaking to customers over the phone
- A strong verbal and written communicator. Demonstrated written and oral fluency in one or more of the following languages is a strong asset: Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, Punjabi or Tagalog
- Experienced with House as a System is an asset

**In this exciting career opportunity, you will have**
- 2-4 years in a customer facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Superb attendance

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
