Executive Assistant to CEO

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary: As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing not so complex calendars, coordinating meetings and helping us grow and crush our competition and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
Proactively manage and maintain the CEO's busy calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, while ensuring efficient time management.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute follow-up action items as necessary.
Conduct research and compile information to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
Maintain confidential information and sensitive materials with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and special projects.
Handle various administrative tasks, such as expense reports, invoice processing, and office supply management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic work environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Prior experience in operations or related industries is a plus.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
