**Position Duties**:
**Admin Support Duties**
- Maintain office machines, (filling paper, changing toners, regular maintenance)
- Maintain and order office supplies
- General organization and filing
- Maintain office, boardroom, supply area, file room, vault room, and coffee room area, general tidying, organizing and light cleaning
- Other Admin support duties as assigned

**Accounts Payable Duties**
- Receive and process all field and in office correspondence and paperwork - distribution, scan filing, filing.
- Data entry to Sage 50
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- Month end AP reconciliation and corresponding cheque run.
- Processing RW Purchase orders and filing of these
- Matching of PO’s to packing slips and to invoices and entering AP module - after verification of pricing, purchase orders and price lists.
- Verbal and written communication with vendors, and Raywalt staff
- Various statement reconciliations and cheque runs
- Maintain customer/vendor files
- Scanning and filing of documents and for Fleet and Equipment large and relevant repairs.
- Maintain fleet fuel cards - matching receipts, billing, discrepancies, payments
- Execution of Contracts and Subcontracts
- Receiving of Price lists and ensuring pricing is correct on all invoices.
- Date entry
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 3 + years of Accounts payable experience
- 3 + years administrative support experience
- Background in construction an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer Sage 50 and Microsoft office proficiency (Word/Office/Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility with duties and willingness to learn
- Tactful handling of sensitive/confidential information/materials
- Office Administration Program or Accounting certification preferred

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Due to the nature of our work some stat holidays are not off
- Own/reliable transportation is required, no bussing to the area available.

**Wage**

Dependent on experience

Experience in the Construction Industry and successful completion of post-secondary education in accounting would be an asset.
