**The Role**
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documents related to the daily business of the Branch. Daily, this person will reconcile discrepancies in documentation and ensure accuracy of all monetary transactions for the Branch. Accountable for Salesperson order maintenance, fulfillment reports, and customer service issues as they arise.
**What you will be doing**
- Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist sales staff with product specifications, organization as sales processes.
- Assist with staffing including the hiring, performance management, discipline, and terminations.
- Perform general administrative functions including tasks related to cash, payments, and the ordering of office supplies.
- Assist in the completion of sales orders by ensuring that invoices are correct and updated as required.
- Ensure proper administration of builder accounts by liaising with the Builder Department as required.
- Assist customers and staff with accounts receivable questions/concerns.
- Process all internal parts orders forms.
- Scheduling of staff Installation and Contract Service/Install Technicians.
- Manage the Dispatch team by reviewing the Service Dispatch process and ensuring all areas are informed of changes to the Install and Service Department
