We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Screening Clerk, who will be accountable for sorting and tracking all incoming registration documentation, reviewing/screening documentation for completion, and assisting in correspondence and inquiries regarding documentation received.

Reporting to the Manager, Registration, the key areas of responsibility are to:

- Review correspondence for completeness prior to submission for further processing.
- Track all correspondence received; organize correspondence and deliver to the employee it has been assigned to.
- Respond to inquiries and questions from members or applicants and resolve issues.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on all outstanding/incomplete files to ensure timely resolution of matters.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Two or three-year college program.
- Bilingualism (French/English Level C1, CEFRL) is required.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience performing similar duties.
- Knowledge of the sector and College policies and processes related to registration.
- Knowledge of office/administrative software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Verbal communication and customer service skills to respond to inquiries and provide information in a clear and professional manner.
- Written communication skills to respond to member/ applicant inquiries.
- Attention to detail to screen a high volume of documentation and navigate between several databases to find information.

Nous recherchons un(e) commis(e) à la présélection organisé(e) et rigoureux(euse), qui sera chargé(e) d'effectuer le tri et le suivi de tous les documents d'inscription entrants, de les examiner et de les contrôler pour s'assurer qu'ils sont complets, et de contribuer à la correspondance et aux demandes de renseignements concernant la documentation reçue.

Relevant de la chef, Inscription, le titulaire du poste assumera les principales responsabilités suivantes:

- Recevoir, examiner et effectuer le suivi de toute la correspondance (télécopies, courrier, courriels) reçue par le service.
- Examiner la correspondance pour s'assurer qu'elle est complète avant de la soumettre pour traitement ultérieur.
- Assurer le suivi de toute la correspondance reçue; organiser la correspondance et la remettre à l'employé(e) à qui elle a été attribuée.
- Répondre aux demandes et aux questions des membres ou des demandeurs et résoudre les problèmes.
- Assurer un suivi rapide de tous les dossiers en suspens/incomplets afin de garantir une résolution rapide des problèmes.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches au besoin.

**Qualifications**
- Programme collégial de deux ou trois ans.
- Bilingue (anglais/ français : niveau C1 du CECRL) (requis).
- De une à trois années d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires.
- Connaissance du secteur et des politiques et processus d’inscription de l’Ordre.
- Connaissance des logiciels de bureautique/administratifs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
