We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-driven HRIS Analyst for a permanent position at our Corporate Head Office in

beautiful North Vancouver. This position would contribute to the support and sustainment of our Human Resources system,

currently SAP ERP. We will be transitioning to a new HR System in 2024.

This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned HR functional areas, and:

- Provides sustainment support for established HR programs, such as payroll, time, HR administration, compensation, pension &
benefits, performance management, e-recruitment, health & safety, and employee self-service
- Provides technical system support and advice, troubleshooting, and supports incident management, access administration,

release implementation, and system upgrades
- Works closely with HR business stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, problems and priorities
- Performs business analysis to elicit and document requirements and HR processes, and identify gaps, risks and dependencies
- Plans and conducts testing (user acceptance, regression, production validation) and defect resolution in collaboration with HR

and IT partners
- Identifies opportunities for business process improvements and efficiencies
