**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in data conversion activities with business SMEs (e.g., payroll and recruiting teams) to understand conversion requirements, assist with the preparation of data files.
- , lead the end-to-end administration and enhancements for the system and related integrations.
- Act as the lead system administrator to maintain system integrity, execute system changes, maintain operations.
- Collaborate with business owners across the HR and Payroll teams to understand new or changed requirements and configure the system appropriately.
- Work with the business owners to establish and document processes that efficiently leverage the system capabilities.
- Work with business users to understand reporting requirements; create new custom reports as needed.
- Review vendor release notes and work with business owners to determine which changes will be enabled; coordinate the testing and deployment of enhancements.
- Maintain the help desk function for the Dayforce system; ensure timely response to user issues
- Troubleshoot system issues as they arise, monitor integration error logs, and take corrective action.
- Maintain system documentation to support knowledge transfer and business continuity.
- Conduct periodic data and process audits and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
- Ensure the system security model (role security) is maintained.
- Recommend system configuration standards; participate in the development of a Change Advisory Board, under the guidance of HR and IT leadership; administer Change Advisory Board policies.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree or certificate in information technology, computer sciences, or human resources
- Strong business and technical understanding of HR systems
- Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into requirements and lead the implementation of requirements into systems
- Knowledge of the system development lifecycle process and the ability to manage the implementation of system enhancements (design, configure, test, deploy)
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make proposals, provide root cause analysis and demonstrate results
- Personal integrity and maturity including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
