**_What your team does:_**
Redstone is an industry-leading agency focused on delivering outsourced services to not-for-profit professional and trade associations. These services include developing marketing strategies and execution, creating marketing and communication schedules, creating content, creating marketing materials, social media marketing, website management, video editing, and so much more

What you’ll do:_**
- You will develop and support content strategies for Association clients using SWOT analyses, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on results
- You will creating the vision, consistent branding, and marketing strategies for Association clients
- You will determine the best tactical approaches for marketing and branding efforts across various channels including but not limited to social media, content marketing, website, thought leadership, and partnerships
- You will work closely with Association clients’ Board of Directors, your internal team, and volunteer committees to create a cross-channel delivery process of content messaging to further the digital funnel and ecosystem
- You will work with internal and external partners you will manage the creative development and internal approval process
- Lead and oversee the following tasks, with support on execution from the Social & Content Coordinator:

- Develop monthly content calendars to guide ongoing communications
- Graphic design and video editing
- Content creation and development for industry publications and blogs
- Assistance with general client website updates
- Develop weekly and monthly posts, stories, and longer-format content pieces to be shared through client and partner channels (e-blasts, social, events)
- Draft press release announcements and create both printed and electronic communications
- Work closely with clients and other contacts (internal and external)Actively participate in strategic marketing ideation and planning sessions and support with the development of marketing and branding strategies
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and brand voice and develop such guidelines for associations who have not yet created them
- Assist with association re-branding and website redevelopment initiatives, including brainstorming, planning and execution
- Prepare activity reports and metrics for measuring success of marketing initiatives and present results/key takeaways to internal team and clients
- Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations for revising campaign strategies
- Proactively stay on top of market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and trends in the association industry
- Develop ad hoc content pieces to coincide with topical news and events in the association management industry, showcasing Redstone as a thought leader
- Collaborate with internal team, client Chair and Committee Chairs on development of new partnerships and content creation/sharing opportunities to drive value for members
- Support the Manager of Association Marketing with development and management of annual and campaign-specific marketing budgets

- You have a university or college degree in Marketing, Communications or another related field
- You have 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience in the professional or trade association industry or with member-based communities
- You have working knowledge of marketing (traditional and digital) and communications principles and best practices including strategy development and analytics
- You have experience developing and leading strategic marketing plans from brief writing through execution for multi-channel campaigns
- You have experience in managing digital communications processes and strategies for digital mediums, including working knowledge of social media, SEO, digital video and programmatic
