**What to Expect**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely and effective customer service, maintaining responsiveness within 24 hours to our client group
- Collaborate with senior PX leaders to guide management through key organizational updates and new structure projects.
- Support recruitment efforts for specific roles, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization.
- Execute strategic initiatives, and support the design and implementation of PX solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders at all levels, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Contribute to strategic learning and development programs by identifying opportunities and facilitating training to enhance organizational capability.
- Partner with management to resolve employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to both staff and leaders; collaborate with legal counsel as necessary.
**Key Personal Characteristics**:
**Professional Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience in areas such as employee relations, training and development, coaching, change management, and recruitment.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of building and sustaining robust internal and external partnerships.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with HR technologies.
- Positive, resourceful, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
- Highly organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and applicable laws, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
