**Coordonnateur de matériel**

Le rôle du coordonnateur de matériel est de gérer l’inventaire à l’aide du système de planification des

ressources d’entreprise - Epicor (ERP), effectuer les retours de marchandises, gérer l’entreposage et

assister différentes personnes au service de la production. Le coordonnateur de matériel travaille au sein

de l'équipe de production et relève du superviseur de production.

**Principales Responsabilités
- Effectuer des transferts d'inventaire entre les différents postes de travail et les départements et

enregistrer les mouvements dans Epicor (notre système ERP);
- Effectuer des audits, des vérifications, des décomptes et mettre à jour les informations dans

Epicor (ERP) afin de s’assurer de l'exactitude de l’inventaire;
- S'assurer que tous les emplacements d'inventaire sont correctement étiquetés et identifiés;
- Localiser les matériaux aux endroits appropriés et s'assurer qu’Epicor (ERP) reflète la réalité,

lorsque requis;
- Organiser et ranger la marchandise reçue (pièces, matériel, etc.) aux endroits appropriés;
- Exprimer ses préoccupations au superviseur de production afin d’obtenir des directives et de

l’aide pour résoudre les problèmes;
- Remplacer temporairement le Commis à l’expédition et à la réception, si nécessaire.

**Qualifications requises
- Compétences en lecture, écriture et mathématique de base (normalement acquises au

secondaire);
- Expérience mínimale d’un an dans un poste similaire;
- Habileté à utiliser la technologie dans l’environnement de travail (système ERP, courriels,

recherches à l’ordinateur telles que - numéros de pièces, dessins techniques, etc.);
- Habiletés à communiquer en Anglais et en Français (parler, lire et écrire);
- Axé sur le travail d’équipe, accorde une attention aux détails et partage des idées;
- Avoir des bonnes compétences en organisation du travail, être multitâches et avoir le sens des

priorités;
- Très réactif envers les clients à l’interne;
- Habileté à soulever jusqu’à 20kg;
- Certification pour l’opération sécuritaire de chariots élévateurs demandée.

**Conditions de travail**

Le coordonnateur de matériel fait partie de l’équipe de production, dans un environnement
manufacturier standard. Le travail demande de soulever du matériel pouvant peser jusqu’à 20kg. Un
équipement de sécurité est requis pour manipuler les outils et les machines (ex : lunettes de sécurité,
coquilles, bouchons, bottes de sécurité, etc.). Le port des bottes de sécurité est obligatoire. Les heures de
travail sont de **7h00 à 15h15**, du Lundi au Vendredi (40 heures par semaine).
