Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our customer base and to capitalize on explosive growth.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will be the face of our company and will play a critical role in driving our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Use a consultative approach to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Close new business deals and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create sales collateral and pitch materials

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
