**Business Development Representative (Digital Marketing Sales) - BDR**

We are looking for a sales representative to solidify our existing team. In this role, you will be the first contact with new customers, you will create sales opportunities for the team and qualify any leads you come into contact with.

**What your day-to-day looks like**
- Educate and simplify digital marketing for potential customers through phone conversations focused on their needs;
- Level up your business acumen, soft skills and phone communication with business owners to generate interest;
- Brainstorm with the Sales Director to develop new strategies to grow our sales network;
- Up your prospecting game and build your network so you can expand our pool of potential customers and brand image;
- Schedule and organize like a ninja prospect meetings, calls and conferences for the senior consultant team;
- Become a Hubspot wizard, by ensuring all communications are listed and nurturing our database with clean and timely data entry;
- Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team, bring your ideas, your wit and grit to the table

**What you bring to the team**
- More than 2 years of experience (face-to-face or cold calling);
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus or a strong desire to improve your knowledge (Website, SEO, SEM, Community management, etc.);
- Perfectly bilingual in English and French (Spoken and written);
- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills, including good listening and verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-based environment.

**À quoi ressemble ton quotidien**
- Éduquer les clients potentiels sur les produits et stratégies digitales adaptées aux besoins des clients ainsi que que nos solutions pour leur industrie spécifique;
- Développer des techniques de prospection et ainsi que son réseau pour agrandir notre bassin de client potentiel et image de marque;
- Travailler conjointement avec le directeur des ventes afin de développer de nouvelles stratégies pour accroître le réseau de ventes et atteindre systématiquement les objectifs mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
- Planifier des rendez-vous de prospects qualifiés pour l’équipe de consultants;
- Organiser les horaires des consultants pour lesquels tu planifieras les rencontres, appels et conférences;
- Gérer la base de données clients existants à l'aide de Hubspot, afin de garantir que toutes les communications sont enregistrées et répertoriées;
- Entrée de données en continu afin d'enrichir en permanence notre base de données;
- Être un ambassadeur de qualité pour l’équipe Ubiweb.


**Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe**
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en vente par téléphone ou en personne;
- Capacité avérée à atteindre ou à dépasser les objectifs de vente;
