**Job Summary**
As Camp 31 General Manager, it is our goal to provide the highest quality authentic southern barbecue this side of the border while also providing the highest level of customer service. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, enjoyable employee environment, efficient food preparation, high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive the team to deliver outstanding dining experiences and help grow the Camp 31 brand.
- **Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including hiring and training
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient food preparation processes
- **Requirements**
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of bartending, kitchen operations, and customer service
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in food handling practices
- Demonstrated supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in disciplinary procedures
- provide regular coaching, one on one meetings and training and development of staff creating a fun, exciting, and positive environment
- Maintain and enhance brand standards by ensuring proper systems and consistent processes are in place
- Assist in executing, and growing our year round catering business

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
