Mitten Building Products is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for Manufacturing to join our Production Team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pack, load, and assemble boxes with the correct amount of product
- Assist operator with machine set up
- Quality checks and reports
- Ensure all safety devices are properly adjusted, in place, and all procedures are followed
- Ensure good housekeeping and clean workspace
- All other duties as assigned

**Critical Skills** **& Requirements**
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and production supervisors on areas of concern related to production
- Understand the important of compliance with safety procedures and good housekeeping standards

**Shift**: 2 shifts available (Afternoons and Midnights)

**Salary**: $20.21 per hour

**Benefits**:
