**Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Market Trend Integration: Identify industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the marketing strategy.
- Marketing Planning: Develop, manage, and execute quarterly or annual marketing plans for the entire department or specialized areas.
- Public Relations Management: Oversee the company’s public relations efforts, ensuring positive brand exposure. Providing direction on campaign execution, content creation, and monitoring progress.
- SEO Management: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance search engine visibility. Regularly optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building initiatives. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SE Ranking to monitor performance.
- Website Maintenance & Optimization: Oversee the regular maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure peak performance, mobile responsiveness, and alignment with SEO best practices.
- Process & SOP Implementation: Develop and maintain processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to outreach activities, follow-ups, sales cycles, and incentive tracking.
- CRM Management: Serve as the CRM champion, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates of leads and customer information. Generate weekly reports on sales activities.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Content & Event Marketing: Oversee the development of marketing materials and promotional content. Lead trade show booth setups, webinars, presentations, and digital content creation.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Drive external communications and outreach efforts to engage potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis & Decision Making: Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, web traffic) to drive future marketing decisions.
- Campaign Budget Management: Oversee the Marketing Campaign budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while meeting ROI targets.
- Brand Management: Develop and manage brand positioning through consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of client-facing events, including trade shows, ensuring successful brand representation.
- Other Duties: Support additional marketing, communications, and business development initiatives as required. May require working with student interns.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Post Graduate Diploma, or Masters in Marketing is a plus.
- **Experience**_:
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and project management, with proven leadership experience.
- Relevant experience in _North American_ markets, particularly in B2B marketing.
- Experience in marketing consulting services, training programs, and SaaS solutions is required.

- Proficiency in CRM management (e.g., Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
