Manager, Program Development & Enhancement (Contract)
**Responsibilities**
- Perform scheduled reviews (quarterly, annually, seasonally, etc.) of internal policies and procedures across operational and support service departments
- Align with the Director of Quality Assurance's Annual Quality Assurance Plan to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of screening services
- Collaborate with internal department leaders to develop and maintain specific policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Customize or adjust new corporate policies to ensure relevance and applicability to client standards
- Work closely with various departments, such as People & Culture, Support Services, and Operations, to align new policies with client guidelines
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop Management Corrective Actions (MCA) Plans in response to Corrective Actions issued by the client
- Work with the Manager of Training & Development to adjust training practices and deliver training to address systemic performance issues and support new policies and procedures from the client
- Participate as a member of any working groups on policy development with the client
- Provide input and feedback based on internal policies and procedures, adjusting them to match our client's standards through the Change Management Process
- Support the adjustment and creation of new policies and procedures resulting from changes to the organizational structure
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in screening service management, with a preference for prior Screening Contractor Training Representatives (SCTR) (previously known as Training + Performance Specialist)
- Lean Agile Greenbelt Certification, or willingness to complete within the first six (6) months of being accepted into the role
- IMSM ISO Internal Auditor Certification on ISO9001: 2015 - Quality Management Systems, ISO45001: 2018 - Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, ISO14001: 2015 - Environmental Management Systems, ISO27001: 2013 - Information Security Systems, or willingness to complete within the first six (6) months of being accepted into the role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on policy writing
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation industry regulations and requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to acquire Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and eligibility for Federal Security Clearance
**Salary: $90,000 - $100,000**
