**À propos du poste***

Nous cherchons un **directeur, Solutions financières courtiers (SFC), **pour notre équipe grandissante

À ce titre, vous offrirez une vaste gamme de solutions financières personnalisées aux courtiers d’assurance d’Intact, conformément aux politiques et aux structures de transactions de SFC. Vous serez responsable de l’analyse, de la proposition, de la négociation et des livrables en matière de solutions financières dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques d’Intact et de ses courtiers partenaires. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous établirez des relations solides avec les courtiers partenaires d’Intact, les équipes régionales, ainsi que le Service des affaires juridiques et le Service de la fiscalité.

Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein; la personne retenue peut travailler dans l’un des bureaux principaux d’Intact à l’échelle nationale.

**Voici quelques-unes des façons dont vous ferez avancer les choses**:

- Diriger et coordonner la mise en œuvre des transactions financières de SFC, y compris le suivi des pistes, la modélisation, la négociation et la proposition de solutions créatives. Assumer la responsabilité de la planification et de l’exécution des transactions à grande échelle (y compris la stratégie, la structure financière, la diligence raisonnable et les initiatives d’intégration).
- Analyser, recommander et mettre en œuvre les décisions d’investissement liées aux prêts et aux placements à distribution stratégique. Élaborer des ententes financières personnalisées qui répondent aux besoins de toutes les parties concernées.
- Cerner et analyser les risques financiers, commerciaux et fiscaux, ainsi que d’autres préoccupations.
- Veiller à la conformité au processus d’Intact en matière de politiques et d’autorisations en effectuant les analyses financières requises, en préparant les notes sur les transactions et en obtenant les approbations requises.
- Établir des relations avec les courtiers, et les aider à déterminer leurs objectifs stratégiques, opérationnels et financiers, en mettant l’accent sur le soutien aux objectifs de croissance et de rentabilité.
- Surveiller les prêts et les obligations financières des courtiers sous la responsabilité du titulaire du poste. Déterminer, recommander et mettre en œuvre les solutions nécessaires pour veiller à la rentabilité des placements existants.
- Participer aux réunions du conseil d’administration des placements stratégiques des courtiers, au besoin.

- Sens aiguisé des affaires et esprit critique.
- Assurance et excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Excellent sens de la responsabilité et esprit d’entreprise.
- Respect de nos valeurs et de nos facteurs de succès.

**Ce qu’il vous faut**:

- Études postsecondaires : finances, maîtrise en administration des affaires ou équivalent.
- Titre : CPA (CA, CMA, CGA), CFA.
- Solides compétences en modélisation financière (Microsoft Excel).
- Expérience dans les domaines des fusions et des acquisitions, du financement et des évaluations d’entreprise.
- Solides compétences en analyse financière et connaissance générale des principes et des concepts de comptabilité (connaissance de la fiscalité, un atout).
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Besoin d’interagir régulièrement avec une clientèle et des collègues anglophones partout au pays et à l’étranger.
