**Marketing + Proposal Coordinator**

We are looking for a **Marketing & Proposal Coordinator **to write + manage proposals, create + design marketing content and to assist in day-to-day sales activities. We're seeking someone who is energetic, driven, and eager to be part of a motivated sales team.

We're looking for the right person to tell the Novacom story, and it's a great story You will need a firm grasp on digital marketing platforms and be able to will craft and create brand aligned content to enhance brand awareness and deliver on Novacom's goals through strategic storytelling. You will need excellent writing skills and a strong visual eye to create design visuals for our marketing materials. The Marketing + Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for developing and updating all marketing materials and assets including exceptional proposal submissions.

You will need the drive to meet tight schedules for submission deadlines. You'll also need to hone your project manager skills, and demonstrate the ability to motivate others and work in a team to ensure all deliverables are completed by others. You'll develop your Marketing + Writing career working alongside a keen and committed team who pushes to deliver high quality content in the construction marketplace.

**Tasks + Responsibilities**:

- **RFP's + Proposals**
- **RFP + Proposal Process** - work alongside Sales team to learn Novacom's process for all proposal types
- **Proposal Sourcing** - monitor, on a daily basis, bid sites for relevant opportunities and communicate to leadership.
- **Proposal Team Co-ordination**:

- establish and manage the schedule for deliverables and coordinate material from internal contributors and external consultants to deliver final submission on time.
- **Proposal Library** - manage proposal content library and keep boilerplate content up to date.
- **Proposal Resumes** + Case Studies
- create, write, update, and maintain team member's resumes and project case study sheets.
- **Proposal Project Information** - maintain project information in the project database.
- **Introduction Packages** - put together proposal packages for new clients. Compile appropriate information and present professionally.
- **Proposal Feedback** - Ensure proposal document facilitates review process and feedback is accurately captured and implemented.

- Create strong, professional, brand-infused copy for social media, web, blog posts, speaker pitches, HR material etc.
- **Idea Generation** - Participate in brainstorms and idea generation for ongoing content and campaigns.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns** - Execute and track digital marketing campaigns.
- **Site Visits** - Visit project sites to capture visual content to share.
- **Photography & Co-ordination** - Orchestrate and execute project photo shoots both during construction and at completion. Work with external photography partners to co-ordinate access, shot lists, etc. Take internal photos of project progress to be used for social media, case studies, and other marketing materials.
- **Video Content** - Produce and edit short form video content for social media and marketing materials.
- **Creative Briefs** - Write creative briefs and work with videographers to produce branded videos.
- **Digital Landscape** - up to speed on the digital landscape of new creative tools, industry trends, emerging social networks, and marketing platforms that would add value to the marketing strategy and plan.

- **Visuals + Captions** - Design and create visuals and captions.
- **Posts -** Schedule posts using social media management tools.
- **Monitoring -** Monitor channels for mentions, respond to comments, and engage with our online community.
- **Graphics + Brand Assets**
- **Marketing Materials** - Production and assembly of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, award submissions).
- **Branded Materials** - Design of branded swag and collateral.
- **Novacom Story -** Continuously improve preconstruction and sales materials, working with Director of Business Development and Director of Preconstruction to tell the Novacom story in the best way possible
