**The team**:
You will have continued support, mentoring and all the tools you need to be a Talent Acquisition Guru at Genetec We want you to be set up for success and feel like part of the team
**What your day will look like**:
- Be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent
- Be an expert knowing the market and business needs for corporate and technical positions
- Partner and build relationships with your hiring managers
- Share creative ideas and processes on how to recruit strategically
- Full cycle recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, making offers and onboarding
- Able to support high volume recruitment in a timely manner
**About you**:
- Curious, strategic in finding new ways to attract top talent
- Bilingual in English and French
- Passionate and creative in sourcing talent in a competitive market
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn and other social media/job boards
- Can do attitude and problem solve
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with high volume recruitment
**Great if you have**:
- Technical and corporate recruiting experience
- ATS experience with Workable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools

- Gérer un volume important de recrutement
**Votre profil**:
- Curieux et stratégique dans la recherche de nouveaux moyens pour attirer les meilleurs talents
- Réseau solide de talents techniques, principalement en développement logiciel
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Passionné et créatif dans la recherche de talents sur un marché concurrentiel
- Personne capable de résoudre les problèmes avec une attitude de volontariste
- Esprit analytique
