**Your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist**

Reporting to Emmanuelle Gabay, Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to high-volume recruitment for our member-facing operational roles and continuously elevate Dialogue as an employer of choice, all while ensuring compliance with our established policies.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Confidently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational roles
- Act as a trusted thought partner for hiring managers when navigating complex situations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as the implementation of new tools, processes, and automation
- Improve Dialogue's brand awareness by attending or coordinating hiring and networking events

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- A high level of autonomy
- Strong communication skills

Please note that as we are serving clients located all across Canada, **it is essential to be bilingual for this role**. You could be required to communicate in both **French and English.**
