**Job Summary**:
Morgan Construction is seeking an experienced Office Administrator. This role is ideal for problem solvers and solution seekers who possess a dynamic personality and thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment. This position supports various departments, including Health and Safety (HSE), Document Control, and Marketing, under the direction of the Director of Health and Safety.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including HSE and Document Control.
Maintain and track incidents and corrective actions, ensuring accurate data input and quality assurance of incident reports and documentation.
Prepare weekly reports, meeting minutes, and other documents accurately and effectively.
Edit and process documents in Word and Excel formats, maintaining high corporate standards.
Assist in the development of internal courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to the continuous improvement of records management standards.
Additional duties as required.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
Proficiency in Office 365 programs.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to edit documents to corporate standards.
Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
**Requirements**:
High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Exposure to Health and Safety, or Document Control is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil/gas or road building construction industry is considered an asset.
