**Client Support: Data Entry Specialist**
ABSA, the pressure equipment safety authority has an opening for an administrative professional in our Inspections Department in Edmonton.

The overall purpose of the Client Support: Data Entry Specialist role is to process, record and file customer records and QMS documentation to ensure the Quality Management Program Database (QSIS) contains reliable and relevant information for ABSA to administer the Quality Systems Certification Program (QSCP).

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Process all type of submissions from clients, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely recording of information for accurate reporting.
- Maintain customer account information in QSIS, redirect payment information to accounting, and track expiry dates.
- Filing of documents related to the QSCP program, and update related tracking logs.
- Communicate with clients for account maintenance or submission clarification, status updates, issue expiry notification letters and acknowledgement letters.
- Complete account due diligence prior to issuing Certificate of Authorization Permits.
- Responsible for the preparation, accuracy and distribution of the Audit Benchmark report.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of post-secondary business education or related work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with ABSA's QSIS database, and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
